The 10K MA/1890 Workforce Development Program aims to bridge the wealth gap by educating appraisers to provide accurate, data-driven appraisals, particularly focusing on rural and urban communities. It employs Critical Hope Theory to foster belonging and support long-term success, while also increasing the number of qualified appraisers through comprehensive education and evidence-based analysis.
Developed a 3-hour valuation training session for land use in the Heirs Train-the-Trainer program. Created a highest and best use analysis for heirs’ property in rural and urban areas, utilizing evidence-based, data-driven market analysis.
